Job Description

What you will do
This person will join the sales team for retailers in Taiwan. She/he will responsible for meeting and exceeding customer requirements as well as to attain or exceed company growth objectives.
How you will do it
  • Formulate and implement both short and long-term Taiwan sales strategies to meet corporate goals
  • Transform solutions-based selling by understanding customer’s solution requirements and offer products and solutions value proposition that exceed customers’ requirements
  • Identify and develop new customers and forging strategic relationships to drive business growth and enhance market share
  • Work closely with Operation, Marketing and Product teams to ensure a customer-focused operation in supporting the firm’s objectives, including product development when appropriate
  • Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and alerting corporate of market developments
  • Ensure the company's integrity and reputation is always maintained at the highest level
  • Introduce and implement account management best practices
  • Develop and manage meaningful reports, performance metrics and incentives that drive improved business results for company and customers
  • Support account management strategy and execution for a portion of strategic national/international account

Qualifications
What we look for
Required
  • Diploma in any disciplinary, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services / Fire or equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years’ working experience in key account sales management
Preferred
  • Demonstrate successful track record in sales and background in driving profitable growth through developing people and sales organization
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and develop appropriate strategies and relationships that deliver sales results within a diverse and challenging business climate
  • In depth knowledge of the retail industry, understanding of current trends and the impact of emerging technologies
  • Possess a dynamic, proactive, “can do” attitude, strength of character and tenacity
  • Strong sense of business integrity and ethical conduct and customer mindset to provide the best solutions and satisfaction to the ultimate clients
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred
