Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new potential clients within the designated territory.

Execute the company's market expansion strategies, achieving targets for channel development and network distribution in the region.

Develop and implement regular customer visit plans, conducting face-to-face communications, product demonstrations, and business negotiations.

Deeply explore customer needs, establish and maintain long-term, stable client relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide frontline data and recommendations to support the formulation of the company's product, market, and pricing strategies.

Assist or lead offline sales activities in the assigned area, such as product promotion events and distributor meetings.

Coordinate internal resources to collaboratively address after-sales issues, including customer complaints, returns, and exchanges, to improve the overall customer experience.
