Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains cordial and effective relationships with key personnel at accounts.

• Maintain and penetrating existing assigned accounts for additional profitable business. Expands sales on existing accounts.

• Develop new business and achieve targeted sales growth.

• Negotiates and resolves issues which arise between accounts and factory on matters relating to product performance, pricing, service, etc

• Provides reports as requested by superior, including: Sales Reports; Sales Rolling Forecasts etc.

• Maintains effective business relationships with Production, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, Marketing, R&D, and other company departments.

• Initiates and orchestrates customer visits and customer audits at company operations.

 Requirements

• 1-2 years relevant sales experiences. Fresh graduate would also be considered.

• Working experience in Flexible Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

• Fluent in both spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin. 

• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 

• Strong communication skills, Customer focused, Eagerness and ability to learn.
