For our EMEA Vehicle Group we are looking for a Sales Growth Manager – Automotive (m/f/d) Location: Karlsruhe Germany or Torino, Italy Job profile: The Sales Growth Manager is responsible for driving growth in sales, partnering with the Product Lines, New Spaces leader, Sales to develop and drive a comprehensive and effective long-term strategy in the division. Your key responsibilities: Work with the Sales Director, Sales Leaders, Product Lines Leaders, Marketing Intelligence Manager to establish sales growth targets for Vehicle Group EMEA Design and implement a comprehensive strategy/roadmap to deploy grow sales while ensuring regular collection of accurate data Facilitate & maximize sales, negotiations and customer satisfaction of strategic growth customers and projects, working closely with the PLs in order to leverage and satisfy customers’ needs Leverage trend and market analysis to expand portfolio in terms of products, market and customers. Identify new adjacent market, conduct market, price sensitiveness, competition analysis. Lead relationship development with new customers, enable commercial engagement and overall business development Provide regular updates to executives on key indicators and metrics for sales growth Qualifications We would like you to bring: Degree in engineering, business, or another relevant field Min 8 years of experience in senior roles in sales, product engineering, program management or operations. Preferred 5 years in Sales or direct commercial experience Financial Acumen Broad commercial experience, Market/customer awareness Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills Demonstrated competency through experiences in business planning, strategic planning, financial analysis Successful experience in multi-stakeholder environment Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills Demonstrated competence in managing a highly matrixed organization Demonstrated ability to execute and drive results What Eaton offers: Competitive compensation and benefits package Excellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us Culture & Values – We are more than the products we invent and produce – the way we do business is just as important.
