The key elements of this role involve: The Sales Incentives and Compensation Lead will play a significant role within our transformation. In this role you will work closely with various partners and other organizations within Siemens to identify and build innovative industry solutions along with our business units and industry experts to drive ground-breaking change within our 11,000+ sales workforce. Navigate optimally through a sophisticated global matrix environment to develop and implement the sales incentives and compensation strategy Run projects and manage expectations (scope, results, timeline, risk, budget) with internal and external partners to implement Siemens global sales compensation ICM and sales compensation practices and policies Craft impactful user experiences within sales, finance & operations organizations by partnering with IT and payroll, while improving compliance and reducing redundancy of efforts by business units Guide delivery teams that help clients optimize and transform their SPM functions and technology including compensation management, reporting, sales field experience, compensation plan design, forecasting and quota/territory management etc. Follow external industry trends around Software as a Service, Product Sales, Solution and Service sales across our industry as we continue to progress on our digital journey and transformation Helping us drive our future vision, your toolkit may include these key skills You bring both strategic and analytical skills, and possess 10+ years of sales compensation, financial planning and modeling, project management, and people management experience You have modern, and strong leadership experience and skills, to empower, develop and inspire those around you Your knowledge is based on experiences within Automation and/or Software businesses strategy, go to market approach and product portfolio Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build consensus and the assertiveness to get things done You hold a university degree - MBA, Masters preferred Must have previous SAP ICM Sales Compensation, Callidus, or similar Enterprise sales compensation tools experience Approximately 25% travel could be required Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.
