Objective of job
Support sales incentive policy design, communication and payout to support VS20 sales target achievement.
Main tasks
1. Sales incentive payout checking and internal approval
- Coordinate third parties to conduct the sales incentive checking, including checking principle briefing, supporting document collection, incentive amount calculation etc.
- Coordinate the spot check with F&C
- Prepare all the internal approval paper, including Payout Form, Payment Application and Dealer Credit Note, etc. according to both BMBS and FBAC process
- Coordinate the internal approval signature and chop process
2. Sales incentive payout communication
- Define payout communication scope and timeline
- Design communication template, consolidate the payout information and distribute to region and dealers
- Coordinate the exemption application between dealer/region and F&C
3. Sales incentive system maintenance and upgrade
- Responsible for regular master data maintainance in SIMS system
- Coordinate new SI system design and development from VS20 sales perspective, close cooperation with IT, F&C, other BU and third-party
- Organize system training and workshop for dealers
4. Retail reporting & TA setting
- Daily/monthly/quarterly WS/RT/showroom data reporting
- Support TA setting
5. Third-party selection and cooperation
- Define third-party working scope, participate in pitch and procurement process
- Close cooperate with third-parties and deliver high quality output fulfilling business requirement
