Responsibilities:

Institutional Clients Stream:

• Responsible for introducing and developing potential clients to achieve sales targets
• Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Responsible for distributing research reports, coordinating client requests for research, projects, specific products and services (conference calls, corporate roadshows, strategy seminars, conference one on ones etc.)
• Handle other ad-hoc projects

Listed Companies Stream:

• Responsible for exploring listed companies and achieving sales targets, including stock custodian, stock pledge financing, private placement and bond issuance & underwriting
• Establish and maintain client relationships by understanding their special needs, handling their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Liaise with research analysts and help manage the investor marketing process (conference calls, corporate roadshows, strategy seminars, etc.) to enhance the communication between listed companies and institutional clients Handle other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

Both Streams:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or business-related studies
• With clean disciplinary records
• Outstanding team player with solid financial knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and confidence among clients and colleagues
• 3+ years of experience in securities firms or other financial institutions, previous equity research experience preferred
• With institutional clients’ resources preferred
• Strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
• Work experienced in Chinese securities firm preferred
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word)

Listed Companies Stream:

• Pevious ECM project experience preferred
• With listed company and project resources preferred
