Job Summary Lead Service Sales and business development in Finland driving sustainable business growth for Electrical Services Job Responsibilities Your main responsibility is to ensure that Eaton meets set budget targets for service sales in Finland. You will lead, develop and execute service sales including hands/on sales and cooperate with country sales organization to maximize service sales and securing best available solutions to the customers. You are measured e.g. by Profitable sales volume and sales pipeline. You represent Service business in country management team & Nordic service management team contributing to service development in the region. You also contribute to EMEA Electrical Services community. You report to Nordic Cluster and Country Management. Our Field Service professionals operates providing high-quality services to UPS systems securing critical power supplies to vast range of business customers in Finland. Electrical Service portfolio in Finland is well-established and UPS-driven at the moment, developing service business to other electrical equipment/systems in coordinated quality-way is one of the key tasks in this role. We have long history and manufacturing in Finland and we are proud to operate with high quality aiming for sustainable customer and employee relationships. We provide meaningful job in responsible position with competitive compensation package and good place to work. Work requires some travelling, mainly in Finland and sometimes workshops abroad.Company Car is provided. Qualifications Education level required Min. B.Sc.
