Job description:
1. Supervise and manage Japanese sales business;
2. Assist salesmen to communicate with Japanese customer management, stabilize existing business volume, and further expand business volume;
3. Assist in the completion of annual sales tasks for Japanese customers;
4. Assist to complete the customer analysis and set up the business development direction;
5. Summarize the sales analysis report with the marketing manager every month, and set the main work objectives for the next month;
6. According to the company's sales target, assist the marketing manager to develop customer development plans and assist in the implementation;
7. Regularly visit the customers served to understand the latest market information;
8. Be responsible for the feedback of the handling results of the customer's complaintson product quality;
9. Train salesmen and coordinate sales and design departments to meet customer requirements and ensure product quality.
10. Complete other temporary work assigned by the superior
Job requirements:
1. Japanese nationals
2. Bachelor degree, major in packaging engineering is preferred
3. More than 3 years relevant working experience
4. Fluent in Mandarin or Japanese to communicate, proficient in office software
5. Have good comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, and innovation ability
6. Loyal, dedicated, friendly and able to work under pressure
