Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for external liaison in the international market, promote the company to foreign merchants, develop markets, and deal with inquiries and various needs of customers in a timely manner. To provide customers with initiative, enthusiasm, satisfaction and thoughtful service.
2. Be able to independently develop customers, understand the foreign trade process, give timely answers to customers about product specifications and quality, grasp customer needs, and complete the task indicators assigned by superiors.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and information update of the company's website platforms; proficient in operating the B2B platform, and at the same time promote business through other online marketing methods, increase product exposure chances, obtain inquiries; develop customers to obtain orders.
4. Communicate with customers about order quantity, price, delivery date, payment and other issues by telephone and email. Organize various forms of data and enter them into the system, and hand them over to the factory to arrange production. During the production process, it is necessary to track and inspect the goods to ensure quality assurance.
5. Responsible for information collection and arrangement, including market information, customer information, partner information, etc.
6. Complete other work arranged by the superior.
