任职要求：
Job Requirements：
1.Bachelor degree or above, under 50 years old；
2.Working experience in sales position in China (mainland, Hong Kong and Macao)；
Used to serve target customers: Japanese enterprises, Europe and the United States, domestic (state, private enterprises)。
3.More than 3 years working experience, experience in developing new customers! At least 1 year business experience in construction industry, familiar with construction industry language (must);
4.Be able to speak Chinese (or English)；
5.In the last year, at least one successful signing of more than 500,000 cases；6.Can adapt to short - term business trip；
7.Good logical thinking ability and communication and coordination ability.

Job Responsibilities：
1.Made weekly summary of business reports;
2.Analysis of business direction;
3.Follow up after visiting customers;
4.Able to independently develop potential customers.
