Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas subsidiaries, such as market, finance, manpower, administration, logistics and so on, and improve the functions of the platform during construction, including, but not limited to: (1) promoting the localization of the personnel of the subsidiaries to ensure the legitimate compliance of the employees of the subsidiaries; (2) being responsible for the local market after-sales service, supply and management of spare parts; (3) providing localized logistics support services for the goods of the export subsidiaries (4) cooperate with the product line to do a good job in the daily management of the personnel stationed abroad, and provide administrative guarantee and support for the normal business activities of each product line; (5) perfect the functional construction of the overseas platform according to the business needs; (6) establish the subsidiary system standard system and formulate the regional system suitable for the local laws and regulations.
2. Customer business opportunities and sales management 1 regularly visit and communicate with customers according to business opportunity data; 2 assist in follow-up of potential business opportunities;
3. follow up and evaluate business opportunities in product lines;
4 promote the achievement of sales objectives.
