Assignment

Achievement of sales targets

Development of sales organization incl. structure of sales territory, sales engineer and agent network

To lead and support regional sales engineers

Identification and approach of all key accounts in the own sales territory, including creating organization chart, building up relationship with the key persons, defining suitable workpieces and applications, analyzing competitors, creating plan. At least two phone calls each month and six visits each year.

Close follow up on projects in co-operation with other departments

To provide market feedback for marketing strategy and product development

Organization of sales activity

To provide suggestions

According to completion of responsibilities, the position will be reviewed and adjusted each year

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical

Good command of written and spoken Japanese

Has the ability to lead the team
