ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ATTRIBUTES:

• 
  Develop and manage sales activities of Main memory module and Flash product business. Lead and manage the sales team.

• Increase China sales revenue from China market

• Responsible for sales pursuit and business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing solutions, services and products.

• Develop China mainland customer.

• Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

• Work actively to create new growth initiatives

• Systematic approach in developing capability of the resources. (including tracking and develop training plan)

• Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports

  
  EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• 
  BS in a related field preferred; 6+ years experience in a sales operations role with a min of 3 years in management

• Understand China cloud Computing and data storage system sales experience for Baidu, Alibaba, Sugon, Inspur, Huawei, Lenovo, HikVison, Dahua and etc.

• Recommend Northern China customer sales experience for Inspur, Alibaba, Tenscent and Baidu.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OR REQUIREMENTS (only if required):

Physical demands for an office position with heavy computer use and about 50% travel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 10 year’s working experience

Fluent English commination

Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization

Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team

Outstanding written and verbal Communication Skills
