職責要求
Ø Responsible for Japan territory sales management and direct interaction with customers and distributors.
Ø Manages the work efforts of independent sales representatives and develops key dealer and distributor relationships.
Ø Build, develop and manage strategic plans for retailers and distributors.
1. Monitor and manage territory profit margins, revenue target to achieve P&L KPI.
2. Develop and maintain detail knowledge of key accounts and maintains strong personal contact with key dealers in assigned territories.
3. Provide sales forecasts, maintain dealer co-op budget.
4. Collaborate with Marketing team to drive sales campaigns.
5. Identify opportunities and threats
6. Manage opportunities pipeline to achieve a sustainable close rate.
7. Provide periodic sales forecasts
8. Oversee quoting and pricing strategy for key accounts.
9. Develops and implements an effective schedule of sales trips, trainings, and trade show participation.

任職資格
1. 具高階Audio產品代理商業務經歷尤佳
2. Bachelor's degree in Business or EE/CS.
3. 5 years of outside/inside sales experience in the consumer electronics industry, or music, pro-audio experience. Preference given to experience with wireless audio product experience.
4. B2B, B2C and eCommerce experience
5. Blend of technical and customer/service-oriented skills.
6. Existing relationship and working knowledge of key consumer electronic retail landscapes in respective regions.
7. Proven track records in servicing, securing and closing major distributors and retailers.
8. Consistent in growing revenue and meet performance KPI.
9. Self-motivated, familiar with e-commerce and EDI requirements.
