Job Description
1. You will be responsible for sales and collection for all accounts in assigned sales channel.

2. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate sales follow ups to optimize sales, wine listings, quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.

3. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.

4. Work with Sales VP on annual and monthly sales and collection targets. The monthly targets must be in line with the annual goals set up with GM of the office.

5. Support the management team with the day to day running of the sales team ensuring a high level of management cover is maintained at all times.

6. Maximise sales revenue through up selling, new accounts and events.

7. Contribute to the office achieving its sales targets and achieve personal sales targets.

8. Exceed customer expectations through ascertaining their needs using; open questions, using their purchase history, building relationships, offering promotional activities and actively listening.

9. Achieve a good level of wine knowledge to assist the customer.

10. Maintain efficient and effective working practices within the office (including presentation standards) – ensuring you have a good working knowledge of the wine portfolio and the sales practice.

11. Work as part of a team to create a positive and motivated atmosphere. Maintain a team atmosphere where everybody should ‘pitch in’.
