Sales Manager in automotive industry
Main Responsibilities
1 Contributing, interpreting, influencing OEM and/or Tier1 W/H tape specifications (in previous accordance with Coroplast Germany if globally active OEM) with the target to qualify our products with the ultimate goal to obtain component or W/H level approvals for our tape products.
2 Steer the localization program and acquire approvals for locally coated products incl. potential new 'China-only' products such as 88000-series.
3 Spec-In products into OEM and/or Tier1 Wire Harness drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
4Customer complaint handling on-site at customer W/H plant in case of severe issues which require Application Engineering support.
5 Taking care of Sales in the region of Dongbei/Huabei China. Being the first contact of assigned customers, responsible for project and business volume extension, implementaton of customer specific requirement and improvement of customer satisfaction with these customers but not limited to those.
6.Conducting customer visits within above mentioned scope in related regions and help to receiving customer visits which they might carry-out e.g. for supplier qualification audit purposes at our production plant.
7.Issue quotations in line with the quotation process (if not issued centrally in Kunshan). Follow up quotations submitted to customers in related region in order to generate additional turnover.
8.Acquire new customer for the business unit as well.
Job Requirements
- Good English communication skill,project management skill, negotiation skill.
- More than 5 years relevant work experience(automotive industry background is preferred.)
