Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Ensures regional sales and profit goals for the particular region are achieved through the effective placement, development and coaching of sales representative (direct and indirect field sales teams )
  • Leads in the relationship development with key stakeholders in the region (consulting engineers, contractors and sales distributors)
  • Prepares regular sales forecasts
  • Assesses data provided by sales representatives, implements regional sales strategies, identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas on a regular basis
  • Assesses relevant marketing mix (product - price), sales training needs and the need for support in staffing and coordination of executions
  • Directs the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including orders, billings, contracts, etc and evaluates data to ensure regional goals are met
  • Assesses regularly that the appointed sales representatives are compliant with corporate policies

Marketing Management

  • Provides input to Marketing for the creation of proper marketing material (promotional literature, website content, …) and marketing actions (trade shows, …) to support the sales process and the brand in the relevant market segments
  • Gathers information from the field, along with personal research, to help identify current market trends, competitive activity and general business conditions - communicates this information to all involved parties
  • Develops and executes specific market research initiatives agreed to by higher management such as country reports and competitive landscape reports with the aim to grow sales income and/or maximize the sales channel efficiency in specific areas

Sales Manager

1 . Has a bachelor degree in HVAC, Thermal energy and power engineering, Mechanical Engineering combined with 5 years of experience in a similar function in a technical or commercial role within an international manufacturing industry

2. Solid sales or marketing experience in HVAC industries with proven track records of grow business in ideal

3. Is commercially aware and can perform negotiations on different levels thanks to a previous sales experience

4. Shows the ability and interest to understand the industrial markets and to perform competitor analyses

5. Be able to communicate in English

6. Works very customer oriented: has good listening skills and a strong problem-solving mindset

7. Can captivate and convince an audience thanks to excellent communicative and presentation skills

8. Is a self-motivated and independent working person but also likes to be part of a team and provide support to colleagues

9. The willingness to travel frequently

10 . Ethical, integrity and in line with FCPA regulations
