Job Description
- Organize, establish and optimize the marketing & sales strategies and policies;
- Organize, establish and execute annual marketing & sales plans and budgets;
- Form a sales team, develop and forge ahead, build online and offline sales networks, manage distributors and end users to achieve sales targets diligently;
- Source new potential business partners or distributors and maintain business relationships with local and overseas clients and business partners;
- Coordinate brand planning and management, organize and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;
- Organize research on product market positioning, formulate and implement marketing promotion campaigns;
- Lead the department to complete various tasks, establish and manage a professional team with common goals, common values, cohesiveness, collaboration, innovation, efficiency and dedication.
Requirements:
- Min. 10 years in regional or global sales experience in Trading or FMCG.
- Self-standing, proactive, interpersonal, analysis, negotiation, implementation and problem solving skills
- Able to act as a team player to execute the operation among multiple divisions
- Able to prepare reports as agreed with customers
- Able to tackle problematic area and enhance service quality;
- Numeric analysis ability;
- Middle user level of MS Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skill;
- Proficiency in written and verbal in English and Mandarin, fluent Korean is a MUST
