工作职责:

  • 销售上海三个中心的服务式办公室/虚拟办公室/会议室的销售
  • 处理新的询盘
  • 处理新客户带看、跟进及后续销售签约流程
  • 能准确识别销售机会和发展方向
  • 维护新老客户
  • 与代理及合作伙伴保持密切沟通
  • 协助市场推广活动
  • 完整本月销售报表


资历要求:

  • 至少大专以上学历,英语听说读写能力较强
  • 积极开朗,善于销售工作
  • 至少3-5年销售工作经验
  • 有良好的团队精神,有效沟通
  • 有较强的服务意识、关注细节
  • 仪容端庄
  • 有酒店及服务式办公室工作经验者优先考虑

JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales Manager

Serviced Office/Virtual Office/Corporate New Sales

  • Plans sales activities to generate new businesses
  • Handles new enquiries
  • Handles sales tours– follow-up – execution of sales process
  • Identify areas for business opportunities and development
  • Regular contact with brokers / partners
  • Develop new corporate accounts for the region


Client Management and Customer Service

  • Welcome Tour for clients
  • Corporate Account Management through regular meeting with them to check their requirements, concerns, needs
  • Cascades existing clients’ concerns/complaints to the Operations Team
  • Ensure SOPs are strictly and consistently followed to resolve all customer issues within 24 hours
  • Proactively respond to customer demands and competitor innovation in customer service
  • Contribute to the development of products and services according to customer/market trends


Local Marketing Activities/Campaigns

  • Works hand-in-hand with the Regional Marketing Team and Centre Manager in researching, designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating marketing plans/activities/campaigns to increase sales leads
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying client requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.


Sales Reports

  • Ensures sales-related reports are prepared and submitted timely and accurately.
  • Ensuring all sales-related activities are inputted and recorded in the Center Charge System.
