Job Description
DEPARTMENT: Sales
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- Successful Penetration in Foundry, Fabless and Design House with Contactor
- Organize product roadmap alignment, management reviews, and escalation structure
- Communicate with all accounts at an appropriate rhythm to achieve good coordination of account activities Weekly (Key Account), or Monthly (Focus Account)
- Schedule customer visits to achieve management alignment to relevant decision makers and follow up on visit reports
- Consolidate weekly business forecast to give good visibility to the order trend of account
- Report on lost orders and required corrective actions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Annual Plan owner for the Account:
- pan>à Communicating and reporting status, requirements and forecast
- Development and execution of Account strategy:
- pan>à Budget, revenue, account Plan, commercial conditions, application and service strategy, relationship plan
- Value proposition and best solution positioning
- Development and investment (demo equipment)
- Gathering business / market intelligence
REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor degree or above, technical background
- More than 5 years equipment sales experience with proven track record
- Familiar with China Foundry, Fabless and Design house, has certain level relationship with key person is preferred
- Semiconductor back-end industry, especial for Contactor is preferred
- Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneur profile (hungry, self and sales motivated)
- Hands on/Strategic/conceptual thinking
- Stable employment track record
- Organized/methodic
