Job Duties:

  • To develop business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.

  • To develop new business opportunities through sales call and presentations to potential customers in the local market, retention from assigned customers and growth of net revenue for the accounts.

  • To maintain the existing customers through close follow up and serve the customers in a professional and timely manner.

  • To follow up sales leads, analyze business possibilities, assist in completing quotation according to the requirement of the customers.

  • To interact closely with Operations Team, and develop close and cooperative relation with operation staffs to make sure customer's needs well met.

  • To actively cooperate with overseas branches to general potential sales leads.

  • To timely and accurately enter/update all customers’ information and whole sales activity into CRM system.

  • To well monitor and control a healthy AR in line with company finance policy.

  • To accomplish other tasks assigned by the Management.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ relative sales experience in freight forwarding industry. Having operation experience in relevant industry would be more preferred

  • College and above degree

  • CET 4 and above, with good spoken and written English skills

  • Proficiency in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Be responsible and dedicated

  • Good team work and cooperation

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Has the professional integrity and good anti-pressure skill.
