JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

1. Set sales budget and objectives for the direct reports.

2. Conduct quarterly account review with the direct reports.

3. Set and review quarterly Continues Improvement Program for the direct reports to upgrade sales skills/techniques.

4. Conduct half-yearly appraisal for the Sales team.

5. Set and review half-yearly sales objectives during appraisal.

6. Set and adjust budget quarterly for the direct reports and their teams based on market condition and sales executives progress.

7. Monitors the direct reports monthly performance tracking records (Y-T-D run-rate, cumulative performance, RMA, defend and grow, account receivables).

8. To conduct half-yearly customer ranking exercise for sales team in order to prune and consolidate customer base.

9. Set and review account receivables quarterly with the direct reports in order to adjust credit setup to facilitate conduct of business.

10. Conduct fortnightly group meetings to update progress and market situation.

11. Set and plan for monthly group activities for team building.

12. Report business challenges to VP, Product Marketing proactively and regularly in order to iron up the obstacles.

RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with a Degree or diploma in any discipline.


  • EXPERIENCES

  • Preferably with at least 5 years of experience as an outside sales role in the electronics distribution industry.
