Job Description

Requirement:

  • BS/MS degree in business or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent customer relationship management and presentation skills 
  • Min. 5 years’ experiencein medical devices and or IVD consumables areas is preferred
  • Experience in launching new products, B2B channelsfocused is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Frequency travelling will be required
  • Self-motivated, hard-working and independent
  • Aggressive, self-discipline and have positive working attitude
  • Familiar with CRM software

Job Duty:

  • Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and programs to expand customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Translate the sales plans into specific actions to generate sales and control expense
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Promote the organisation and products to meet monthly sales target and KPI
  • Develop your sales team through motivation, counselling and ongoing product knowledge education
  • Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
  • Monitoring the Sales Budget plan
