Responsibilities
® Aggressively researching, cold calling and developing key OEM / EMS accounts in Asia
® Maintain and solidify relationships with current domestic and international customers
® Initiate and implement supply chain programs to customers.
® Negotiate pricings, set margins, stock forecasting.
® Manage customer’s inventory, create proposals & contracts.
® Manage a small sales team with constant growth targets.
Requirements
® University or college degree holder
® 5+ years sales experience in the electronics industry with a proven successful track record
® Strong customer base of local (Chinese) OEM customer is a plus
® Good command of written and spoke English
® Excellent leadership and supervisory skills in influencing and empowering colleagues to achieve team results
® Persistent, result-driven and self-motivated with strong negotiating and problem solving skills
® Creative thinker, team player and able to work under pressure

® 良好的英文听说读写水平
® 优秀的领导和管理技能并能带领团队达成目标
® 注重结果,自我主动并拥有较强的谈判和解决问题的技能
® 发散思维者, 有团队精神并能承受一定压力
