- Develop sales campaigns in close collaboration with Marketing and Investments and help AM's Client Coverage teams to increase the impact of their sales pitches
- Implement and drive strategic projects to increase our sales success
- Actively support our Wholesale sales teams with their monthly sales reviews, coordinate and steer their sales planning
- Drive efficiency in sales and support the adoption of newly launched digital tools
- Foster product innovation in close collaboration with Product teams
- Maintain close relationships with various stakeholders within UBS AM
