Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales team in Hong Kong to meet the sales targets set by the Company.
  • Manage and coach the Sales and Sales Support team to deliver high quality relationship management to our retail and corporate customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in Hong Kong and Macau in order to increase sales, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
  • In consultation with the Marketing team ensure effective use of marketing resources and channels for promoting Bloom & Grow brands in the territory
  • Ensure high standards of in-store visual merchandising, and stock availability for all customers
  • Monitor invoices issued and payments received
  •  Provide monthly sales and forecast reports within given time frames
  • Liaise with Operations team to ensure that accurate and timely deliveries are made, invoices issued and payments received

 

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above in Business Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and 2 years sales management experience from premium consumers goods or FMCG industry
  • Experience of dealing with Department Stores or Chain Stores in Hong Kong, baby products related is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, well organized, resilient, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of written and speaking English and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
