Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Sales team in Hong Kong to meet the sales targets set by the Company.
- Manage and coach the Sales and Sales Support team to deliver high quality relationship management to our retail and corporate customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in Hong Kong and Macau in order to increase sales, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- In consultation with the Marketing team ensure effective use of marketing resources and channels for promoting Bloom & Grow brands in the territory
- Ensure high standards of in-store visual merchandising, and stock availability for all customers
- Monitor invoices issued and payments received
- Provide monthly sales and forecast reports within given time frames
- Liaise with Operations team to ensure that accurate and timely deliveries are made, invoices issued and payments received
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above in Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and 2 years sales management experience from premium consumers goods or FMCG industry
- Experience of dealing with Department Stores or Chain Stores in Hong Kong, baby products related is preferable.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills, well organized, resilient, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and speaking English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
