Requirements:

• Degree holder in Physics or Applied Science or Electronic or related disciplines
• Min.5 yrs or above exp.in Advanced Packaging industry, especially in semiconductor field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers
• PC knowledge in MS office and PowerPoint
• Good in Cantonese , English and Putonghua
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
