Job Description
● Develop the annual sales and key account plan in line with approved regional Annual Operating Plans
● Monthly, quarterly sales forecast preparation and execution. Meet all Sales and AR Collection targets monthly
● Develop and Manage the Sales Channel – Distribution, Dealers and Convertors
● Monthly Review of all Key Accounts and Channel Partners. Execute all actions from review to improve service and loyalty from customers
● Develop and Close a target Pipeline of End User and Key Convertor driven projects
● Meet all target/ planned Commercial Excellence Metrics. Utilize SF.com in daily work
● Timely reporting – Weekly, Monthly. Participate in relevant meetings and ensure market feedback is properly translated for internal action
● Collect Market information & analysis including market size, market trend, new products and application, customer trend etc. and report back internally in a timely fashion
● Accomplish any other tasks as assigned by the superior
● Coach and develop a high performing Graphics sales team
Qualifications
● 8+ years successful Sales Experience or equivalent with 5+ years Sales Management Experience preferred
● Skilled in effectively coaching, teaching, and developing solid Sales and negotiation skills within the sales team
● Good sales and marketing experience gained from a multinational company preferred
● Problem Solving, product knowledge, presentation skills, technical understanding
● Confident and able to work under pressure and self starter
● A good team player with strong inter-personal skills, good execution capability
● Experience in advertising or related industrial is preferred
● Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in the usage of CRM softwares
● Able to travel throughout sales territory is a necessity
