Job SUMMARY: This is a demanding, multi-tasking position requiring a high level of organization skills, managerial oversight and coordination with external and internal parties, and solid time management skills. The individual must be able to work very collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external opinion leaders / trainers and build consensus. Also, role is about management of a subordinate team to ensure that promotional objectives are met, in line with the organization’s strategy. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring the achievement of sales targets, based on the company's marketing strategy for selected products, within a defined budget, through effective team management and cross-functional cooperation with, among others, the Product Manager. Development of sales of Allergan products through active participation in strategic planning at the local and nationwide level. Supervision of the activities of the Sales Department Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by enforcing regularity and quality of medical appointments, building of personal relationships with customers and business partners Monitoring and analysis of the current market situation Implementation of the company's sales plan in accordance with the internal “compliance” procedures Participation in the development of strategic plans of the sales department at the local and nationwide level. Organization and conduct of regional meetings. Regional budget management and control of Medical Representatives’ expenses Ongoing cooperation with local KOLs Inspire and lead a team Responsibility for leading a group of Product Specialists (PS) /Senior Product Specialists/Key Account Managers (KAM) to achieve planned sales results for Allergan products within budget by setting sales and competence targets (sales skills, expertise). Controlling the employees' work (proper planning, targeting, implementation of sales strategies, budget, substantive argumentation, CRM reporting) and providing feedback on the ongoing evaluation of work during double visits. Lead, manage and develop the team to optimize their contribution to the business, enhance their work experience and develop their skills through “coaching” and “feedback” during double visits (sales talk, sales techniques, substantive/product knowledge, substantive argumentation). Work with direct reports to create individual development plans and follow up through regular meetings. Develop a team culture aligned to Allergan’s values Lead cross functional meetings, if needed Employee shall perform any additional tasks in line with the orders and instructions of Line Managers and other Superiors in accordance with the function and activity of the company.
