Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning and implementation of product regional expansion, customer development, and regional operation;
2. According to the company's overall operation strategy, an operation model suitable for each regional market is refined;
3. Establish a good relationship with customers, timely feedback customer information, meet customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction;
4. Formulate sales targets and market development plans, review various plans of customers and supervise their implementation;
5. Responsible for company personnel management and team building;
6. Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end regional sales forecasts, and regularly report work status;
7. Establish a complete regional dealer network and integrate resources to achieve the company's overall sales target.
job requirements:
1. Familiar with the high-, middle- and low-end sales models and conditions in the European and American regional markets, experience in the electronics industry is preferred;
2. Have more than three years of industry terminal sales experience, rich experience in market operation and sales team management;
3. Outgoing personality, high overall quality, good at communicating with others, clear thinking;
4. College degree or above; excellent organization, coordination and communication skills;
5. Have a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
6. Have a good level of computer application;

任职要求:
1.熟悉欧美区域市场上的各高中低端销售模式和情况,有电子行业经验者优先考虑;
2.有三年以上的行业终端销售经验,有丰富的市场运作与销售团队管理经验;
3.性格外向,综合素质较高,善于与人沟通,思路清晰;
4.大专以上学历;具有优秀的组织、协调及沟通交流能力;
5.具有高度的责任感和团队合作精神;
6.具有良好的计算机应用水平;
