Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

Attain key account revenue targets and sales goals. This requires the ability to translate Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy carried out by Commercial Team members. The holder of the position needs to provide leadership and consultation to problems, and improvement processes.
 

Main Responsibilities主要工作职责:

  • Lead the team to achieve revenue target;

  • Resolve customer concerns and issues on a timely basis;

  • Develop local selling strategies and execute those strategies;

  • Drive the team to develop existing and new key accounts;

  • Prepare sales forecast for commercial finance and operation team;

  • Support sales and product training to develop selling capabilities;

  • Manage, coach, and motivate the teammates to perform;

  • Well-collaborate with internal functional teams such as marketing, CS & MDM , finance and supply chain, etc;

  • Collect market intelligence and order trends of garment industry;

  • Closely work with Regional Commercial Lead, GAM / KAM as one global commercial team

  • Demonstrate the solution selling on high value segment products

Qualifications

Requirements岗位要求:

  • Over 5 years sales experience of which 2 years of supervisory level

  • Experience in printing and packaging, trims, testing industry and softline merchandising preferable

  • Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin

  • Good leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills 

  • Outgoing, energetic, aggressive, self-starting, and able to work under pressure 

 

EDUCATION 学历要求:

  • College or Bachelor Degree and above
