Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager
Your responsibilities
Selling a memorable experience in an authentic location is the essence of a Sales Manager role at Raffles Europejski Warsaw. Your professionalism and knowledge of the Hotel will reflect positively in how you present the property. Building strong relationships will create a bond, ensuring your clients will always stay with Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details within the appropriate software applications
Work closely with other Departments to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied
Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts
Develop business leads for the Hotel on weekly basis
Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business through action plan preparation and execution
Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking
Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events within the hotel and trade related organizations
Update management on guest arrivals to provide excellent service to all of them
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, as required
Our requirements
Minimum two+ years’ experience in hotel operations, related to or preferably in corporate and/or MICE sales
Convey a high level of understanding of the importance of attention to detail
Must possess a professional presentation
Previous Property Management System experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments and follow-up
Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems with good judgment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Visa Requirements: Must be eligible to work in Poland
