What you will be doing:

• Promote the hotel & chain of hotels within assigned area.
• Accountable for booking individual and/or group business, managing, converting and developing new client base.
• Coordinate with other Departments in arranging accommodation, services and special events for group business.
• Provide after-sales service and address guest concerns.

• Graduate of a degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in the same capacity in Sales or in a luxury hotel.
• Effective communication, guest relations, selling and negotiating skills.
• Has keen attention to details and ability to work under pressure.
