Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Retain existing corporate accounts and explore new business to achieve the revenue goals
• Sell and promote the hotel products and services by using appropriate selling techniques
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Interface with operations on a timely basis
• Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Initiative, out-going, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven track record of business contacts
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
