The Job

• Managing Sales Staff - To guide and motivate the sales team, works with the sales manager to draw job descriptions for various roles within the sales team. 
• Coordinating Sales Activities -Understand the market, the trends, oversee several sales activities aimed at increasing sales. Ensure that there is sufficient stock of various products and that the products are priced correctly.
• Compiling Sales Reports - Responsible for producing reports and compile data using a variety of parameters, ranging from product sales in various markets to performance of individual sales representatives and customer complaints
• Resolving Customer Complaints -  A duty to address customer complaints related to product or service sales.

The Person

• Good Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Presentable
• Bachelor Degree, Major in Business, Marketing, Communications…etc.
• Good Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
• At least 3-5 year's of management experienced preferred. 
• Strong history in sales/customer service, Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Valid HK driving license holder preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin preferred.

Less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
