Job Description
  • Product Line related equipments & technologies sales support, assistance and coordination
  • Achieve annual order and sales targets of MA China
  • Manage /support cross MA sales opportunity
  • Follow up and execute the related sales management policies and procedures
  • Maintaining CRM system.
  • Assist monthly sales & market report to local management, BU, BL
  • Assist Product Line sales annual budget & forecast preparation and management
  • Implement the sales strategy plans of Product Line in China, such as follow & collect project information, analyse the market trend and evaluate the competitive environment, etc.
  • Assist the provision of strategic direction for our Technology in the China Market area
  • Coordinate local and overseas support to client
  • Promote and expand the network in China and to establish the contact with new clients and maintain the relationship with key clients
  • Assist overseas experts to attend project biddings / contract negotiation, and assist order / project's execution
  • Liaise with clients and project manager to support that project operation
  • Assist the BU, BL, Product Line sales team members at global level and other MP sales teams at local level in their sales activities and provide necessary support

  • be the key contributor for identifying, developing and coordinating opportunities to successful digital business across the Outotec BU’s
  • collaborate and co-create for customer value by digital solutions together with key customers, business partners and academic institutes
  • identify and contribute to opportunities building solutions for installed base customers

  • promote Outotec digital technologies in trade shows, conferences and customer seminars in China and outside of China

  • contribute to developing and implementing Outotec digital strategy as part of global team

  • contribute to building digital competences at Outotec

  • contribute to delivering, measuring and communicating the customer value in implementation projects

任职资格:

  • Strong Sales Skill
  • Strategic think and capability to implement global BU/BL/PL strategy to local actions
  • Familiar with the sales network in Filtration /Thickener/ Flotation/Automation field
  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, to get all necessary support from internal and external relationship - Good command in English

  • Flexible to travel according to the company practice and business needs
  • Can exactly follow the company work process and line managers’ guide for achieving the work tasks
  • Can fully follow the managers and organization’s arrangement to achieve the requested task no matter listed in the job description or not
  • fluent verbal and written communication in Chinese & English language for presentations, success stories & articles, webinars, social media
  • understanding of information technologies, process control & optimization and sources of customer value in process industry

  • readiness / speciality for advanced data analytics (AI, ML, simulation, …) together with global team
