? Managing organisational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls;

? Meeting planned sales goals;

? Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;

? Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary;

? Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;

? Conducting general market research and gather updated market information on competitors

and products;

? The ongoing training of your salespeople;

? Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge

education;

? Promoting the organisation and products;

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or International Trade;

? Knowledge and experience in food and beverage require

? Ability to read, write and converse in English ( Mandarin will be a plus)

? Strong analytical skill, negotiating skills, attention to details and is target oriented;

? Ability to work under pressure and team player;

? Dedication to providing great customer service;

? Ability to lead a sale team;

? Applicant must be willing to travel when necessary in south china
