To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Sales Manager - Contractor Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Eaton Southern contractor BDM team, as we continue to progress our strategy to increase sales and take market share, securing specifications and sales for Eaton Power distribution products and services. The long term strategy you will be part of requires working with mid-tier- National contractors and consultants, while engaging with our LV panel builder programme, and EWS channel aligning to our push pull strategy. Your main responsibilities: Develop and build a high-performing team through leadership, coaching and a culture of learning, adaptability and use of digital tools/assets Drive the Power distribution strategy to deliver the annual profit plan, accelerating the sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasting for demand management and production scheduling Ensure engagement across multiple internal stakeholders, decision makers and influencers to drive a successful team and sales progression with updates on performance and potential areas for improvement Work effectively within the country sales organization, while networking across the BU to drive key objectives and build organizational capability Maintain & enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing professional publications Establish personal networks & participate in professional societies & industry bodies to find opportunities to position Eaton as the authoritative voice in the industry Be active in the wider Eaton team by encouraging and developing cross selling opportunities leveraging the One Eaton sales model Ensure high engagement in your group in the use of Eaton sales enablement tools Use and embrace the digital sales enablement tools to maximize your chances of success #LI-ID1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Degree of Higher Education required Proven sales leader, ideally with power distribution knowhow, route to market knowledge Proven Sales leadership experience Able to lead and coach, confident presenter, sound business acumen, use data to set KPI's, manage and present performance against them and key metrics. Driven, result orientated with a digital mindset.
