The Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay is managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and; is the first Crowne Plaza branded hotel in Hong Kong. The hotel offers upscale accommodation, authentic cuisine and state-of-the-art meeting facilities with enhanced services. Ideally located at Leighton Road, major business, leisure and shopping facilities in the Causeway Bay area are easily accessible and within walking distance. At the moment, we are looking for team players who are effective, supportive and professional to join our family.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans

Retain existing corporate accounts and explore new business to achieve the revenue goals

Sell and promote the hotel products and services by using appropriate selling techniques

Conduct market research and analysis

Interface with operations on a timely basis

Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in the hotel industry

Initiative, out-going, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Strong communication and presentation skill

Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven track record of business contacts

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
