ECI-Metro Engineering Machinery Services Co., Ltd. (ECI-Metro) , Caterpillar's exclusive agent in western China , it is a joint-venture between the two substantial renowned Thai companies, Metro Machinery and Ek Chor Investment Co., Ltd.
ECI-Metro combined the unique strengths of these two parent share shareholder groups. Metro Machinery Co., Ltd. is Caterpillar ® (Caterpillar) in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos agents, has more than 40 years of industry experience. Ek Chor Investment Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group. CP is one of the first and largest foreign investors in the PRC with more than 100 joint ventures.
Company Coverage Region
ECI-Metro was appointed as Caterpillar dealer in 1995, and has established 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries in Kunming (Yunnan Province), Chengdu (Sichuan Province), Guiyang (Guizhou Province) and Chongqing Municipal City. Then later in 2002, ECI-Metro's dealership explained to 5 provinces in Qinghai, Tibet, Ningxia, Gansu and Shaanxi. These provinces are located in the western region of China and situated in the heart of the government's" GO WEST ", "The Belt and Road policy "economic development program. Responsibilities:
1. 根据公司战略计划,管理各省零件销售任务的分配;
Manage the distribution of parts sales tasks in each province according to the company's strategic plan.
2. 监督并指导销售团队完成销售目标;
Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve the sales target.
3. 管理销售机会,通过分析全区域的客户采购数据,指导CSR完成销售;
Manage sales opportunities, guide CSR to complete sales through the analysis of regional customer purchasing data
4. 分析并结合ECIM市场情况引入CAT的零件市场促销政策和支持;
Introducing marketing promotion policies and support of CAT parts based on the market situation of ECIM.
5. 完善本部门的各项管理制度及工作流程,并负责监督、检查、落实;
Improve the management systems and working procedures of the department, and be responsible for supervision, inspection and implementation.
6. 发展和管理持续的改进营销项目和促销策略,以实现持续的销售和利润增长;
Develop, manage and continuously improve marketing programs and promotion strategies to achieve sustainable sales targets and profit growth
7. 发展零件销售团队的容量和能力;
Develop the capability and capacity of the parts sales team
8. 分析和监督营销计划的有效性;
Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of marketing plans
9. 支持每个分公司的零件销售工作,达到零件销售目标。
