Job Description
Job Title: ELV Solutions – Sales Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Where will you be working? Siemens RSS AE is pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity to work within our team concentrating on ELV Solution Sales in Abu Dhabi. You will work with the Area Sales Team Lead – Abu Dhabi to address market/project requirements in ELV segment. You will work with Main and MEP contractors in the market depending upon project requirements. You are also required to deal with Consultant in specific cases. You are required to have excellent knowledge of ELV systems and relationship with 3rd party vendors of these sub-systems. These sub-systems comprise of and not limited to Access control System, CCTV, Intrusion detection, ICT systems, Active/passive network components, PA system, AV system, Room Automation System, Lighting Control System, IPTV, Digital Signage etc. Specific Responsibilities • Solution Sales of core Siemens BMS and ELV systems • Monthly and quarterly forecast of order intake relevant to targets assigned. • Provide technical narrative to clients/Contractors on these Solutions, to create differentiator for Siemens • Build long-term partnering relationships with Clients/ Contractors and actively participate in the decision-making process to drive the sales. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand the customers’ needs. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment • Positively and credibly influence strategies with Client. Frequently create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. • Understands the customers’ needs. Demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment. • Competitive Information Gathering/Strategy on project to project basis. • Training / keep self up to date on technical changes to improve technical know-how. • Excellent relations with Local Sub vendors, sub contractors, especially with all 3rd party subsystem suppliers, installation vendors to compile most competitive bid • Adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities Shared tasks and responsibilities • Support pro-actively and communicate effectively with the entire Team. • Develops relationship with centralized support staff to exceed customers' expectations. • Share Best Practices/Experiences with Team About You To be successful in this role, you will need extensive customer facing/engagement exposure, driving innovative solutions within a competitive environment. At least 10+ year experience with Principal suppliers or System Integrators in local UAE market.
