We are a Multinational Consumer Health company that produces, distributes Japanese Herbal Products and Skin Care Products.

We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager experience in FMCG to take on a/an (Assistant) Sales Manager role to manage a modernized and strategized General Trade (drug chains, pharmacies, small chained retailers, etc.).

You will participate in planning and execution in regards to sales and data analysis, pricing, strategic planning, forecasting, negotiation, product listing, work closely with Trade Marketing, as well as other divisions in the Marketing Team.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for achieving strategic objectives - i.e. Net Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spend, etc. and leading a team of Sales to build client relationships
• Building long term partnership with clients ensuring sales promotional guidelines are planned and executed
• Monitor and provide analysis, managing negotiations and implementing strategies to drive sales and profit growth (including budget management, range, and space optimization)
• Liaise with and support the Marketing team in brand building and management for the company
• Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and an overall improvement in the management of customer

Requirements

• University graduate
• 3 - 5 years Key Account Management experience in the FMCG / Traditional Chinese Herb Products industry
• Shows the potential of leading a small team to achieve strategic objectives or has project management experience
• Experienced in monitoring order and shipment and managing buyers
• Possesses a "can-do" attitude and is always proactive
• Has a degree of flexibility and independence
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English
