Sales Manager- Fire and Intrusion Systems- Slough Lead the Eaton Fire & Intrusion sales teams, progress the exciting strategy to increase national sales and market share for device and system sales. Strategies require working with System Integrators/Installers and resellers or other select partners to drive push and pull channel sales. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop a high-performing team through leadership, coaching and a culture of learning with a focus on digital tools/assets and data driven decision making Drive the Fire & Intrusion strategies to deliver the annual profit plan, accelerating the sales pipeline and providing accurate run-rate insight/forecasting for demand management and production scheduling Ensure engagement across multiple internal stakeholders, decision makers and influencers to drive a successful team and sales progression with updates on performance and potential areas for improvement Be the voice of Fire & Intrusions solutions to drive cross pollination of opportunities and engagement between the teams to realise mutual objectives and build organisational capability Be active in the wider Eaton team through peer engagement, leveraging and sharing best practises to increase effectiveness & as One Eaton Ensure high engagement in your group in the use of Eaton sales enablement tools and Eaton Leadership Model Setting clear KPI's and objectives, monitoring and presenting progress against targets with sales individuals, the sales team and senior business leaders Effectively capture account, opportunity and activity data within CRM to be leveraged in effective, data based decision making, coaching & development Use and embrace the digital sales enablement tools to maximise your chances of success and enable a digital mindset across the teams Collaborate with marketing function to develop effective demand generation strategies and oversee deployment Qualifications SPECIALIZED SKILLS Proven sales performer with 2+ years of sales management experience B2B channel sales experience with a clear understanding of the sales process Able to lead and coach Use data to set KPI’s, manage and present performance against them and key metrics WHAT EATON HAS TO OFFER Challenging projects in a dynamic collaborative team Excellent working environment- safety and ethics are important for us Competitive compensation and benefit package We make your perspectives matter- Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top to bottom diversity We make your wellbeing matter- We put your health and safety first.
