Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Primarily focus on business development in Germany and surrounding international markets, selling Smart accessory products to clients, helping them achieve multi-channel customer reach and interaction goals, and meet sales targets.
2.Assist channel partners in advancing business development.
3.Develop sales plans and strategies to improve sales efficiency and performance.
4.Coordinate cooperation among departments to ensure customer needs are met.
5.Monitor market trends and competitors, and make timely adjustments to sales strategies.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above (flexibility considered), with a preference for backgrounds in computer science, software engineering, or related technical fields.
2.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience targeting enterprise clients in the Germany region, familiar with Samrt accessory, Computer, Telecom industry, and corporate clients in sectors such as retail, telecommunications, etc.
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
4.Strong sales skills and market analysis abilities to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
5.Proficiency in English, enabling fluent business negotiations.
