Job Description
Job Requirements:
• Full-time bachelor's degree or above,with proficient English listening,speaking,reading,and writing skills.
• Over 3 years of sales experience in port equipment in the European market.
• Familiar with the sales processes,channels,and relevant international trade rules in the European market.
• Skilled in European market development and channel construction,with excellent European market planning capabilities and a keen ability to identify and mitigate international business risks.
• Possess a broad international perspective and strong business acumen,as well as outstanding skills in business negotiation,interpersonal communication,resource integration,and conflict resolution.
• Strong stress resistance,a high sense of responsibility,and a pioneering spirit.
• Local European personnel are preferred,and Chinese individuals who have settled in Europe for a long term are also highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for collecting industry information,conducting market research and analysis in Europe,and providing the basis for formulating marketing strategies for the company's products in the European market.
• Responsible for developing customer resources and agent channels,exploring customer product needs,and establishing an overseas channel customer system.
• Responsible for the sales of the company's products in the European market.
• Responsible for project negotiations,including business negotiations and technical reviews/risk point identification.
