Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales team performance & productivities in the South China Region to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives & result
• Develop new business opportunities from commercial clients (SME markets) for receivable management service through the effective multiple communication channel / association
• Explore and link up the business networks & maintain good relationship with existing key and potential clients consistently
• Regular liaise with our branches in South China Region for overall business account management, sales workflow audit, sales agreements review, budgeting and risk management control
• Conduct market research and prepare regular reports to senior management

Requirements

• Degree holder, minimum 8 years solid sales management experience in sizeable companies or PRC working environment preferred
• Outgoing, highly aggressive, dynamic and result-oriented
• With strong clients base and business network preferable
• Good report writing skills, strong numerical sense & experience in data analysis preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, fluent in Mandarin is a must
• Travel to PRC may required
