Job Purpose
This position is created for regional cities in initial growth phases for the company, whereby one individual may manage multiple functions. In this position, the following functions are combined: Corporate sales, retail sales manage, service coordination..

Job Responsibilities
Corporate sales
1. Present and sell IQAir products to current and potential clients.
2.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3.Follow up on new leads and referrals.
4.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
5.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
7.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
8.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
9.Identify and resolve client concerns.
10.Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
11.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
12.Follow-up for collection or payment.
13.Participate in marketing events.
14.Communicate accurate data collected and provide complete information to Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) & ERP.

Retail sales management
15.Assist national retail manager in recruiting and training Retail Sales Consultants.
16.Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to ensure effective sales leads and prospects.
17.Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
18.Provides timely feedback to Retail Sales Director regarding performance.
19.Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Retail Sales Consultants.
20.Maintains inventory control.
21.Supervises the proper use of the Customer Database by each person.
22.Reviews the performance of Retail Sales Consultants to stimulate great performance.
23.Liaise between IQAir management and Mall management, in regards to promotions, HR, decorations, contract issues, all relevant mall activities.
24.Ensures payment settlement with Malls on a regular basis
25.Maintains the cleanliness of the Retail Stores
Organize Daily Huddle.
Give Monthly Report to direct manager.

Service coordinating
1.Track and trace all deliveries, and confirm delivery with customer.
2.Proactively inform customers of possible delays or delivery failures.
3.Troubleshoot customer complaints and issues - make recommendations to resolve complex operational problems through a proactive approach with the Service Technicians and Sales Teams.
4.Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the company
5.Assist departments with product demos, events, and public relations
