Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the German market.
2. Establish and maintain good with key customers, distributors, and partners.
3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor dynamics.
4. Collaborate with other departments such marketing, product development, logistics, etc. to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.
5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.6. Report sales performance and market conditions to senior management regularly.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience, with experience in the mobile phone, accessories, or e-liquid industry being preferred.
3. Familiar with the German market and consumer behavior.
4. Excellent and English communication and negotiation skills.
5. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Able to work independently in a fast-paced and integrate into a team, with strong leadership and management skills.
7. Legally authorized to work in the local area.
8. Open to full-time Freel work.
