Sales Manager, Luxury Sales (Home Based - New York)

Reporting to the Senior Luxury Sales Director in New York, NY this position will be responsible for luxury travel agency sales for our luxury, upscale and lifestyle hotel brands.

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to Sr Luxury Sales Director in New York, NY, and VP Luxury Sales in Paris, France.
  • Responsible for growing sales of luxury agencies and accounts in assigned territory for our luxury, upscale and lifestyle hotel brands 
  • Create maintain and update internal and external platforms in accordance with agreed  Accor and client standards
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual  sales reports, as required.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies with new/existing luxury agencies and accounts 
  • Work closely with the on property and regional sales teams to assist in achieving sales objectives. 
  • Participate in luxury travel focused industry events including conferences, tradeshows and familiarization trips as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • Hotel or luxury agency sales experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have high-level attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • Domestic and International travel required
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Power point and Share point
  • GDS experience an asset

Your team and working environment:

  • A Home based role in New York, this position is a member of the NCA Luxury Sales Team.
  • Internally this role will work closely with the Director, Luxury Sales worldwide as well as Hotel Sales Directors, Managers and Coordinators. External stakeholders will include Luxury Travel Advisors and Industry Contacts.
